Friday the 13th, But more importantly…
Today is World kindness day. However, remember kindness starts with ourselves. That could be reading a book, or calling a friend or relative that you haven’t spoken to in a long time. Maybe someone that would not mormally be at your Thanksgiving dinner. You can also find ways to be kind to your community. Bake for your neighbor or go shopping for them. You could even do a park cleanup or adopt a stretch of road to clean.

Way Past Sounding the Alarm
If the alarm bells have not gone off in your head, yet, they should. In eight days America has seen one million new cases of Covid-19. Nearly a quarter of a million deaths and more hospitalizations than ever before during the pandemic. According to Fox 13 Tampa Bay, Florida alone hospitalizations are up 40%.

All over But the Crying
Although last week the Associated press and Fox news called Arizona for Joe Biden, last night the rest of the reputable news organizations finally called the state for the former Vice President. Just North Carolina and Georgia remain. Georgia is in recount, but no state recount has ever changed more than a few hundred votes. And Biden leads there with over 14,000 votes.

Disenfranchised Voters
A Pennsylvania state judge ruled Thursday in favor of the Trump campaign and ordered the state not to count some mail-in ballots that were missing proof of identification and cured during an extended deadline—but the ruling will not change the vote count as it currently stands and will not impact Joe Biden’s win in the state. All the ruling did was disenfranchise thousands of voters that followed the law.

Now Some Good News
A reunion 45 years in the making for a mother and son. A Texas mother was only 16 when she had her son back in 1975 and put him up for adoption. Now, he’s finally found her. ABC’s Will Ganss reports.
